If the WeatherTech product you received is defective, damaged or different from the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected], including your order number.
To help us check the case, we may ask you to send some product photos, including a photo of the complete product, a close-up of the issue, the product label or code if available, and the packaging if useful.
If the issue concerns compatibility, fitting or installation, we may also ask for photos of the product positioned in the vehicle, photos of the relevant vehicle area, complete vehicle details and, if necessary, a photo or scan of the vehicle registration document.
After checking the information, our Customer Service will indicate the most suitable solution. If the error, defect or reported issue is confirmed, the return, replacement or possible refund will be handled at our expense according to the instructions provided.
