Object of the contract

With these general conditions of sale, AUTOMAKED S.r.l. sells and the CUSTOMER remotely purchases the tangible movable goods indicated and offered for sale on the site.

The contract is concluded exclusively through the Internet, by accessing the CUSTOMER at www.weathertechshop.eu and making a purchase order according to the procedure provided by the site itself.

The CUSTOMER undertakes to read these general conditions of sale, in particular the pre-contractual information provided by AUTOMAKED S.r.l .. before proceeding to confirm his order, and to accept them by confirming the order.

In the order confirmation email, the CUSTOMER will also receive instructions to consult these general conditions of sale, as required by art. 51 paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014.

Conclusion and effectiveness of the contract

The sales contract is considered concluded with the sending by Automaked S.r.l. to the CUSTOMER of an order confirmation email.

The order confirmation email contains the CUSTOMER data, the number and date of the order, the price of the goods purchased, the shipping costs and the delivery address to which the goods will be sent and the indication for consult these general conditions of sale.

The CUSTOMER undertakes to verify the correctness of the personal fiscal and commercial data provided with the completion of the order, which are replicated in the order confirmation email. The CUSTOMER undertakes to promptly communicate to Automaked S.r.l. any errors, changes, corrections.

Automaked S.r.l. undertakes to describe and present the items sold on the site in the best possible way. Nevertheless, some errors, inaccuracies or small differences between the site and the actual product may emerge. The photographs of the products presented on the website www.weathertechshop.eu may differ in colors due to the different calibrations of the monitors or be representative of the products.

Automaked S.r.l. undertakes to deliver the goods within 30 days of sending the order confirmation email to the CUSTOMER.

After sending the order confirmation email sent by Automaked S.r.l. there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this case, the CUSTOMER will be promptly informed and can proceed with the elimination of the unavailable product or cancellation of the order.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments can be made in the following ways:

Prices

The prices on www.weathertechshop.eu already include the VAT of the country of destination of the goods. At the final stage of the purchase, the VAT applied will be displayed based on which country has been selected as the shipping destination.

Lifetime limited warranty

Automaked S.r.l. following WeatherTech's philosophy, it guarantees that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the original purchaser and only for the original vehicle in which they were installed. Normal wear and tear due to use of the product is excluded from this warranty. Like the tires, brake pads and shoes you wear, everything wears out, and in this case, it doesn't mean you haven't received valid products for the consideration paid.

We are reasonable people and believe in customer satisfaction. In case there are any problems, we will discuss with you to find a fair solution, which is satisfactory both for the customer and for Automaked S.r.l. We do not charge extra costs to most of our customers. Our decision is final and will provide for the free replacement of the product or the charge to the customer of a proportional share that can be converted into a discount for the purchase of an identical replacement product. Our goal is to make sure that our customers are always happy, so we will always find a fair solution to any problem. Proof of purchase of the product from Automaked S.r.l. it is mandatory.

This warranty excludes wear due to severe abrasive conditions, chemical contamination such as gasoline and bleach sprays, vehicle accidents, misuse, improper installation, and so on.

Applicable law and competent court

These General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law.

Any dispute that does not find an amicable solution will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Reggio Emilia.

In any case, it is possible to optionally resort to the mediation procedures referred to in Legislative Decree 28/2010 and subsequent amendments, for the resolution of any disputes arising in the interpretation and execution of these conditions of sale.
