When the product returns to our warehouse, we check that it meets the return conditions.

If the return is approved, the refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the product. The refund is made to the same payment method used for the order.

Actual credit times may vary depending on the bank, card or payment method used.

For orders paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, we may need your IBAN to process the refund. In this case, we will ask you to send it by email.

Products returned dirty, damaged, incomplete, modified, folded when not allowed or not suitable for return may lead to a reduced refund or no refund after inspection.
