The customer has the right to withdraw from any contract within the term of 14 working days, which will be the date of delivery by the courier. (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

In case of replacement or return, the customer will have 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods and is required to notify us by e-mail to: info@weathertechshop.eu

The return authorization number is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. Any return without a valid authorization number will be refused. Write the return authorization number under the return address on the outside of the box. All products must be returned in new and unused condition in the original box, otherwise the return will not be accepted. We can arrange a collection at the customer's address through our couriers or the customer can ship to the address indicated below. The refund will be made on the returned goods, net of shipping costs.
