The product must be returned clean, intact, complete and not modified, preferably in the original packaging or in suitable protective packaging.

It is normal to place the product in the vehicle to check the fit. However, it must be returned clean, intact and without clear signs of prolonged use, heavy dirt, damage, cuts or modifications. A fit check is different from actually using the product for several days or in heavy conditions.

Important note for CargoLiners: cargo liners may be rolled, but they must not be folded. A CargoLiner returned folded, deformed or damaged may lead to a reduced refund or no refund after product inspection.

Products returned dirty, damaged, incomplete, modified or not suitable for resale may lead to a reduced refund or no refund, depending on the inspection by our Customer Service team.
