Yes, if the order has not yet been shipped, we can evaluate some changes. Any modification depends on item availability and on the current status of the order.
Depending on the specific case, you may request:
- change of vehicle model or version;
- color change, if available;
- replacement with a compatible alternative product;
- shipping address update;
- addition or removal of items;
- possible change of shipping method.
If the change concerns an item that is not in stock and the restocking order has already been communicated to WeatherTech in the United States, timing may vary depending on the status of that restocking process.
If the item is not included in an incoming restocking shipment, it may need to be added to a later restocking order, which could require a longer waiting time.
