For companies with a valid EU VAT number approved through the VIES system, where applicable, the invoice may be issued without VAT. VAT treatment may vary depending on the country, VAT number validity, company details and current tax rules.

If the order is placed directly on the website, it is important to select “Request invoice” during checkout and enter the billing details correctly. In the VAT number field, enter the number without the first two country letters.
