1. remove the mat from the vehicle;
2. shake off or remove loose dirt;
3. rinse the mat with water;
4. for heavier dirt, use mild soap, a cloth or a soft brush;
5. rinse thoroughly to remove any soap residue;
6. allow the mat to dry completely before reinstalling it.

Before placing the mat back in the vehicle, make sure it is dry, correctly positioned and, on the driver side, properly secured to the retention points provided.
