Yes, if the order has not yet been shipped, you can request the cancellation of the item waiting for restocking or, if you prefer, of the entire order.

To request a cancellation, please write to [email protected] and always include your order number.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. Refund requests are generally handled within 1-2 business days; the actual credit may take a few additional days depending on the payment provider, bank or payment method used.

For payments made by bank transfer or cash on delivery, we will need your IBAN and the details required to process the refund. Please send them to us by email when requested.
